It's the "6 Days Employed" part that you still need to wait for. Even if your pet has the stats, you need to be in the current position for a certain number of days to be able to get promoted to the next one. It should tell you how many days your pet has been employed for on the same page.

The space jobs have only existed for like 3-4 days so we'll all need to wait a couple more first.

It’s more about the Stats you need for Level, Strength and Intelligence for applying ~ you need less of them for the promotion? (Was it mixed up?)

Does it have to be the same Stats + days Or a higher amount of stats + days

Or will we just knew it on the “6th day”?

Oh that's strange, for me it's showing the requirements to apply as this:

15 Levels 25 Strength 50 Intelligence

And the requirements for promotion are:

10 Levels 20 Strength 75 Intelligence

So the levels and strength required are lower, but the intelligence is higher. That's weird though if it's not consistent for everyone? Also yeah I think it is supposed to be higher to get promoted than to apply, because otherwise that doesn't really make sense.
