Details: Windows 10, Chrome (incognito)

Issue: Back in July, I sent a buddy GA to and got a blank page after hitting "submit". I confirmed that they didn't receive the GA so I refreshed the page and the GA was assigned (with the confirmation page), however it used up 2 of my buddy GAs. I opened a ticket and was able to help me out and advised if it happened again, I wasn't to refresh the page but instead visit another page and come back to it. A few months later (I can't recall when exactly or who I wanted to issue it to), I issued a buddy GA and it once again did the blank page. Instead of refreshing, I left the page, but when I returned I was still down a buddy GA and the recipient did not receive it. I did not open a ticket and did not try again. Today, I once again sent a buddy GA to , hoping the issue would have passed but alas, it removed 2 buddy GAs from my account with only one making it to the user with a confirmation page. I'd love to get these missing buddy GAs back (I was informed in the initial ticket it was a one-time thing they could do that), but I think I'd love more to be able to give them away without fear of losing one!

I have had this issue twice now myself. The first time I also filled out a ticket and got the buddy GA back but now I don’t know if I should fill out another ticket or not to get the lost buddy GA back based on what you were told.

The first time one was eaten for me was on the actual page where you type the username in to send one that way. This time it was when I clicked the link from the user’s profile to gift a buddy GA and then it took me to a blank page. They did not get a buddy GA but there was one subtracted from my total. Very frustrating.

I've had this happen twice too but didn't realize it took an extra ga crap
