I did get charged for it, but it did not renew.
I’ve already filed a ticket, just wanted to make a post in case anyone else was in the same situation. I’m sure this is related to the server issues.
My subscription did not renew today either but I don't know how to tell if I was charged. I cannot load the subscription tab from the Cash Shop as it just keeps scrolling. I did purchase a 1 month Gold Account and used it so I could do the Quests with the 15 buff active. I am afraid they won't get things fixed for a while which is why I bought the GA. I wasn't sure how to file a ticket so I have not done so. Thank you for making this post!!
