Been going on for a while, I already made a post about it a week ago...when it was much less then now...yeah...
I was fine... until I deleted my cache because I couldn't log on to wardrobe or fix my tree (Still can't.). Only seeing item images, user ads, and leashed pets now. Frustrating.
I just had the EXACT same thing happen. Wardrobe isn't working so I cleared my cache and now my HA doesn't load either (I can't see anyone else's either). Ugh.
I thought i did something wrong when i cleared my cache.. Luckly not just me who is not seeing HA
Can't get wardrobe to load, HA missing and also my tree is missing so can't put on the new Melody cat ornament. Hope this isn't another morostide disaster. :(

Ah, here's a thread about it. I was able to see HA/trees until this morning. Now they're both MIA, with a broken img thingy in their place. I've cleared cache and attempted on multiple browsers/devices (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Guess it's part of the crash and we'll need to wait it out?
The HA image and the disappearing Lumi tree do not work in Edge either.
I'm not sure what exactly it is that is causing the fun things to disappear but it seems to only be effecting some people/browsers? It isn't consistent for me at all.
I can still see about 90% of trees, HAs, and images on site. I also can see my sent gifts history for December as well. Wardrobe has also been working 60%-70% of the time, so I'm not sure if browsers/luck are playing a part in this.
I use Chrome, Firefox, and Safari for what it is worth. The only time I have real issues are when I try to long in on mobile (via chrome or the google app) but that seems to be the only time though.
