Hello ! It's that time of the year where I give you a couple important dates to get your items in by!
For the CW Sale
December 12th-16thPlease have your CWs in the CW queue no later than 8 AM Subeta time on Sunday, December 12th. If you think your CW may need some critiquing, definitely get it in sooner so we can hopefully get it accepted prior to the sale! One quick note regarding the sale: like for CW sales in the past, there will be a profit cap for sellers. This is to avoid people being able to take advantage of the system to milk free CSC. It is a pretty high amount, so there's a good chance most of you won't even notice - but I wanted to let you know!
For Lumineve
December 25th (trees generally open right at midnight Subeta time!)If you are hoping to have a CW ready to gift under a tree for Lumineve, have it ready to go in the queue by 10 AM on December 24th!
For the next few weeks leading up to the holidays, you'll probably see acceptances go through here and there on days other than Wednesdays and Sundays as I try to keep everything at reasonable levels :) Denials will likely be more focused on Wednesdays and Sundays when I have that extra time to dedicate to it!
I'll send out reminders as we get closer to these dates as well!
PLEASE NOTE -- There has been a small change in the dates of the CW sale! This is because of the recent downtime, and us wanting to make sure people have plenty of time to upload items and I have plenty of time to go through them.
The new dates of the CW Sale will be Sunday, December 12th through Thursday, December 16th.
Yep, it's gained a little extra time!
The CW sale will begin early afternoon on Sunday and will last through Thursday evening. It will close down Thursday night in preparation for the CW Pawn Shop to open Friday the 17th.
Because of the change of dates, you do have a bit longer to get items in for the sale - by 8 AM Subeta time on Sunday, December 12th if you want to guarantee they're accepted BEFORE the sale starts. I will be doing the queue a bit throughout that day as well as the following Monday the 13th AND Wednesday the 15th, so there will be other opportunities there as well - but if you for sure want it in at the beginning, please aim for that above deadline!
As of right now, nothing has changed with the Lumineve deadline :) I'll let you know if it does!

Oh man, after working on CWs off and on all day I am 100% pooped out and calling it a night! Don't forget to get your submissions for the sale in by 8 AM Subeta time tomorrow. I'll be working on the queue in the morning before the sale launches! ❤️

Thank you for letting us know! I only read it after the deadline because forum and pages won't open. Submitting needed a long time, too, it took 5 minutes for each item to submit until the next page opened. I submitted the first one two times because I thought it haden't taken, that's why I deleted it. Hope you don't have too much stress with accepting, seems a lot to do! <3
Hey everyone! I'm so utterly exhausted from this weekend, and I'm sure some of you are, too! That was a rough first day for the sale, though it seems like things are doing better now.
I just wanted to say thank you for your patience and support. ❤️ It means a lot to me. Without you guys, there'd be no CWs to have a sale FOR!
I'm going to go get some sleep, and tomorrow I'll be taking a look to grab any new submissions :) Keep up the amazing work, everyone. Know that I appreciate each and every one of you. You guys are my Subeta family, and I'll never forget it 💜
