Fireside 2021 - Claiming Floating Items Issue

When clicking and claiming the floating items for Fireside across the site, the entire page changes instead of a floating pop up saying "You found a x" item.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Was just coming to see if it was only me.

Same here. I was getting this on and off with pumpkins during Morostide too, but not every single time :/
I experienced this off and on during Morostide and am having it happen now too. During Moro it was mostly only from my phone (Firefox on the latest android) but it's happening now too on my laptop: Win7 with the latest Firefox.
Same here. It also happened towards the end of Morostide for me. I am using a desktop with windows 10 and using Chrome as my browser.

i have this issue too. windows 10, chrome. it was happening during morostide too with the pumpkins. i thought they might have fixed it by now.
This has been passed to the programmers and they will be looking into it when they're able and providing info. I'll provide a summary when I have the specifics. In the meantime, please update this thread specifically if you don't have the item in your inventory after clicking on it!

Same issue, laptop with windows 10, but using a chrome browser. I didn't have this issue with any previous event.
I am also experiencing this, but because I am still new to Subeta, I didn't know it wasn't supposed to do this. I've only been playing for 2.5 weeks, and this is the first holiday event I've participated in.

Yes, this is like it used to be in the old times.
Also: When a floating item appears on the "you can't donate this item" Charity page, I can't collect it: "we have no record of this floating item"
I'm expriencing this, but also, like 70% of the times that I click on a floating item I can't get it. It shows the message:
Oh No! We have no record of this floating item (237952)!

I'm experiencing this issue; I haven't had any floating items trigger the usual pop-up, rather redirect to a new page. I'm getting the "Oh No! We have no record of this floating item (237952)!" error some of the time, particularly if I open up Shop Search, etc. in a new tab and attempt to click the floating item on the page.
