We have several leg/foot replacement items like:

We can even remove a leg totally with the base edit and use crutches, but there are very limited options to put on the remaining foot.

We have some single socks: [item=Single Gold Sock (Left)] [item=Single Gold Sock (Right)]

But 3 of the 4 are for the right foot and only 1 for the left foot.

And again we have 3 of the 4 are for the left foot and only 1 for the right foot. (and really, neither of the candy shoes are very usable).

I would love to see a pair of runners, non-heeled shoes and heeled shoes, all divided into 2 separate items like the gold socks. Or maybe some transformable shoes - a pair, a right shoe and a left shoe.

I agree with this and have feared for years that the would be revamped to have two boots. Support for more single footwear.

That's a very good point. I'd never really considered how hard it would be to use those limb replacements without single shoe options but they are obviously needed!
