Unable to use a totem Loyalty potion

So when the new Mustle chibi came out, I finally had a reason to use my totem loyalty box item you get every year, and made it into the totem potion item. However, any time I try to use it on the pet I want, it takes me to the page and doesn't load the image of the item, and the drop-down of the choices doesn't show up, I just get a blank drop-down. Therefore I can't use my item on the pet I want to make it into a chibi Mustle.
Is anyone else having this problem with loyalty totem items??
Sometimes a blank drop down means you have a script blocker on your browser. Could you disable any add ons or ad blockers you have and see if that fixes it?

Hold on lemme try and access through a different browser and see if that changes anything.
Edit: Nope, I'm still having the problem in both Chrome and Edge, exactly the same, on two different machines. I disabled the pop-up and ad-blocker in both browsers and still a no go.
Please try the following to see if it helps with your issue:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. (You may need to log in to Subeta again after doing this step.)
- If you use userscripts (custom CSS), try disabling them to see if it solves the issue.
If none of this does not work I will let a programmer know (they are already aware but want to rule this stuff out). Also please post a screenshot if those do not work!

Cleaned cashe and cookies of both browsers, didn't work. I don't have any CSS's so pretty sure it's not that.

This doesn't fix your problem, unfortunately, but a loyalty potion totem cannot change a pet into a different species (such as an experiment). It can only change the color of whatever species the pet currently is.
[Edit]Actually...this does solve the problem. Satone is one of the rift species which only have one color. So there are no other color options for them to turn into.

Written is correct :) experiments/rift specific pets are a species, not a color. Now if you would like to change it to an experiment, you could file a ticket and see if they will exchange it for another totem but that is up to the UAs.

-sigh- Well atleast it's not bug within the system. I swear I remember that totem being able to use to change pets into experiments too though....maybe that was back in the day or I'm misremembering. Oh well, thank you.
