"Array" at the top of the page?

I wasn't sure where to post this, since it doesn't seem to be affecting anything, but I'm getting this weird box at the top of the page on the forums:
The extra lines change depending on what forum / subforum I'm viewing
I first noticed it on the Custom Overlay page:

Where it appears twice
I'm on Chrome Version 95.0.4638.69, on a pc, same thing on Chrome on my phone too
