Unable to Buy CSC Cards from Cash Shop

When I go to 'Cash Shop'> 'Items' it redirects me to a 'Special Shops' page, instead of the normal place to buy cards.

Same thing happens to me and I need to buy some for my Morostide event prizes!
Same happens to me, for cards and general items from the shop
Trying to buy the monthly collection before it rotates out but also keep getting redirected

Unable to buy anything from the Cash shop (or directly from any other shop for that matter). Getting the same redirect as screen-shot in original post.
I have reported this issue to the programmers. Thank you for your patience with this issue!
