Is there one? I thought there was and have been hexed but no achievement..

There are two achievements related to hexes. One is "Get Hexxed!" with tiers at 1, 25, and 50. It looks like you've got those already. The new one this year is "Heckin' Hex" and rewards a cosmetic border. But it's random, I had to get hexxed over 30 times before I got it!
