Unable to redeem wig

I recently purchased 2 copies of .
One I placed directly into my wardrobe, the other copy I redeemed. However when I check the hair salon it doesn't show it as a green check mark meaning it's "earned". When I search for the hairstyle it shows it as "unearned" even though I had just redeemed it and even got the confirmation page that said so.
Then I noticed a third copy of the wig was in my inventory. I performed an account search and it states:
Searching For: Delish Beach Glass Hair Wax [Item=Delish Beach Glass Hair Wax] Item ID: 199189 Shop Search 3 item(s) found in total! 1 found in your Inventory
1 found in your Wardrobe | (Remove One)
1 found unlocked in the Hair Salon
I can repeatedly redeem the hair but it still won't unlock in my wardrobe.
I know that there is currently an issue with the checkmarks not being correct. Can you try and wear the wig to see if it is actually unlocked?

It hasn't unlocked, my avatar shows as having no hair when I try to wear it.

I heard back from Bug on this! Please delete the extra wig that you have in your inventory. We are having some cache issues today so it should rectify itself but if it has not shown up in 24 hours, please ping me and I will make sure that you get the unlocked version.

I attempted to wear the hair style again but still no luck. It's still locked.

Yes! It shows a green check mark now and saves to my HA. Thank you!
