If you click the link in the notification you got, it will take you to the Gift Center where you can open your gift! Once you open the gift, the item(s) will appear in your inventory. In case you've already deleted the notification, here's a link to your Gifts Inbox. You can also get there by navigating to Arctic Frost on the world map and clicking on Gift Center.
