Small issue but wanted to quickly flag this as an accessibility problem: the morostide and luminaire themes (not seeing this on any other themes) both have a background colors on input[type=submit] which are really light and if the buttons have white text it is unreadable and doesn't pass color contrast guidelines. The Create Topic button on the Create Topic page is an example with the bg color and white text. (and yes, I know this can be fixed with customcss)
