I'm trying to upload my ad image and am using this link: https://i.imgur.com/g2GBSKK.png I made sure the image was the correct W x L, but it keeps saying it's not a png, jpg, or gif? :(

you need to upload the ad from your device, not from a url. the url box is for a website url, not the image url.

I’ve saved it as a jpg on my phone and it’s still not uploading and I keep getting the same error image. I’ve left the url blank.

are you selecting the trick or treat link in the multiple choice boxes?

FIXED IT. The file name has a . In it and I think that’s what was confusing for the uploader. Renamed it and we’re all set!
