different colored borders for wishlist items?

i'm pretty sure this was asked for somewhere before but i can't recall. or that might've been a fever dream. ANYWAY. i would love the ability to have a way to change the color of borders for individual wishlist categories whether by predetermined colors or our own.
thoughts / comments / concerns?

that was posted in oct 2020 (only last year but that feels like a thousand years ago, wow) and maybe things have changed since then but i doubt it :x
