I had a Subeta account in my teens, but it does not appear to exist anymore.. :( Starting over isn't so bad so far though! Lots to learn. I appreciate the newbie links folks have provided. I'm having fun with the games, and looking forward to Halloween events!

I draw sometimes, so you might catch me in the Art Market eventually -- super cool to see commissions with various currencies / discussion of social media allowed, it's a refreshing change from kiddie sites!

I'm gonna have a hard time picking a pet lineup... there are a lot of really neat species and great colors. If anyone's reading, I'd love to know your favorite pets! Convince me :D pets Cuca

Welcome to Subeta! I am really partial to the Experiment pets, particularly and ! I feel like theyre a bit more unique, though they definitely don't have many color variants compared to the actual pet species :)

Subeta has skins that you have to unlock which is how I got my current bird head. It's called Fevermore and was gotten from one of the zombie viruses (which are only obtainable during February). Each year provides more and more zombie viruses :)

Previously you didn't retain your zombie virus as a skin and if you got rid of it you had to wait until next year to get it. Luckily that changed :)

I really like Mahar! The scribble color is great lol, I have to get a scribble Kumos. The Galactic color is very pretty too~ I'm kind of surprised at how affordable colors seem to be here. The inflation/scarcity on Neo right now is kinda unreal, esp. with everyone hoarding paint brushes in anticipation of the pet-unconverting item.

Part of what keeps items on Subeta items fairly affordable is that items get re-released, eg. through the Token Shop. Even retired items and plot rewards have a chance to come back, so it would be mostly silly for people trying to buy the full supply of the item to charge kidneys for them because they can be re-released at any time. Mostly the effects are positive (in my personal opinion anyway)

You get to play Subeta for fun, doing what is actually fun rather than spending 95% of your time grinding for currency

I love that! Honestly, that's one of the things that annoys me most about other pet sites lol... besides the fact that the tiny active player base + scarcity means it's really easy for people to manipulate the economy. I get that they want to give people something special for being present, but I'm such a completionist, it kills me that any small hiatus means permanently missing out on things. I'd so rather grind and reach goals eventually than never have a chance, ya know??

congrats on your furb!! I came to Subeta twelve years ago, and still have my first pet-- my paralix, leashed under my avatar. I love the colors of the common paralix, they pop so nicely with each other, so I've only changed him once or twice in the entire time I've played.

I always got discouraged on neo because everything I wanted seemed so far out of reach, so I would come and go. I think the last time I was there was during the "Purge" a few years ago-- and I immediately got muted because I said 'lmao' on the forums XDDDDDDD

Yeah!! I'm not even sure where to start, it's a lot! o_o maybe I'll learn how the Coliseum works next (been whooped by the Willowisp a few times lol)
