Sorry in advance if I posted this in the wrong area. I'm not sure if this is a wardrobe, CW shop, or voucher issue, but I get themessage Purchase failed: Incorrect password. when I try to purchase a CW with a voucher. I'm using my account password. Am I doing something wrong or is it a glitch?

Some items in CW shops have a password set by the creator to limit who can buy the item or to temporarily lock it while waiting on people to pick up copies or to release later. There might be a note in the shop description about whether or not the releaser is willing to be contacted about locked items; you could try checking there and contacting them about if you can buy a copy of the item
