the search function is difficult to use because it's simultaneously too responsive and not responsive enough. for example, if i type "pink" into the search bar, the wardrobe will start loading results for just the letter P. by the time i've finished typing the word (and i'm not a slow typist at all), the wardrobe thinks it's already showing me the correct results, and will not update even if i continue typing or input a new keyword. at other times, though, it will jump from those incomplete query results back to the default view as if i hadn't searched anything, and it won't respond to any further search input until i reload the items page.
I'm having the same problem. Usually I have to switch display order, or layer to get it to reset to the correct results if it's in the mood to reload at all. Cleared my cache and resigned in but still having the problem. Using Google Chrome.
Yeah that's extremely annoying. Another thing I notice is it pulling a "Did you mean [x]?" and showing items that would fit the criteria if spelled differently.
It's hard to describe without an item example. I'm sure I"ll have one soon.
This is beyond irritating >_> Wardrobe is falling apart
I'm hoping the "Did you mean [x]?" is an intentional feature and will stay, because my spelling ability sucks like a Dyson cordless...
The big problem for me is that once the system thinks it knows what you want and starts to show a selection, it sometimes throws a hissy if you keep typing, and goes back to showing everything. Then you're stuck, because it tends to refuse to reload at all after that.
Also having this issue in Chrome, though I'm not seeing search suggestions. It's an issue in Chrome on Windows 7 and Mac Catalina.
I also noticed this got significantly worse. Wardrobe search will sometimes magically change back to my previous search results while I'm in the middle of selecting an item.
