since you mentioned you're a cw babi i'll give a few words of advice if i may - don't let anyone rip you off! if anyone tries to privately sell you your wishlist items via smail or comment and is asking for what seems like a high amount (generally 1-2k+ csc depending on the item but of course this is subjective and dependent on various factors lol), just double check the new cw directory, see how many copies are available on site, and bear in mind that the maximum amount anyone would have paid for slotted cws back in the day would have been 700 csc - unless it was a cw auction, or any of the highly popular cws, like the fox booty set by beau, or cws drawn by fuubun or Lightning_991_856 etc.

of course people are free to ask for whatever amount of csc they want, and likewise people are free to pay however much they care to, but bear in mind there's always the likelihood that someone will sell it to you cheaper at a later date!

also, alwaaaays check that the stuff you're looking for isn't already being sold in a usershop; when i was a cw babi a rather unscrupulous player bought something i was looking for from the pawn shop and tried to sell it to me for 4x the amount 😰 so just another thing to keep in mind!

I'd argue that all the items listed in ops WL here have sold well over slot price in the past. But I'd also say the items I do own from op's WL have been items I've traded costly items to obtain so 1-2k is very fair since many users don't normally sell the items here, they trade. At the end of the day it's ultimately up to the buyer to reject the selling offer if they think it's too much! Also checking to see if there are other store prices or a shop price that doesn't show up. I feel like I rambled too much but I do agree with what you're overall saying Helly just that even the Tarot Card Visons, which are newer have sold for 1k based on popularity despite copies sold. Pricing on sold out items normally fluctuates with user demand and how many people are looking for it. Imo at least.

oh! ah, i just wanted to clarify that i dont have the intention of simply paying slot on any of these items since im aware of how sought after and popular these items are!

i know, i was just saying to remember that when all cws were originally released/slotted on, the maximum price anyone would have paid (back in the day) was 700 csc (thankfully less now due to the new system). of course people resell for more, but it's good to remember what the original buying price would have been, for the sake of perspective :) i agree if something is in high demand like the tarot card visions, people certainly are willing to spend more, but i just wanted to make lil aware primarily of scalpers who make csc by slotting/buying stuff for slot price and then flipping it for 2x or 3x+ the amount afterwards. i see this a lot with the lolita bows in particular!
