i was gonna slide this post onto Higher Tiers for Books Read to a Single Pet because i extremely support that!! but i figure most of these suggestions are not for collections so that'd be derailing.
anyway i’ve wanted to suggest new tiers and forum titles for achievements for a while ;v; (some of the titles are from greg’s thread! The Forum Title Suggestions Thread)
Gourmand Feed different unique foods to one pet! new tier: 10,000 title: USER has tried it all
- we have over 10k foods so you could future proof and go higher, but i think people would complain. same deal with books, in my opinion
Book Worm Have a pet who has read # different books. new tier: 2500 title: USER has seen everything
Capture a Lizard Capture a comatose lizard! new tier: 15 title: USER is a knockout
Taking from the Lizards Take an item from the Lizards with a Lizard Minion Trap! new tier: 15 i can't think of a title for this one but i do think it should have one :')
Polar Ice Field Navigator Navigate through the Polar Ice Fields! new tier: 5 title: USER is cold new tier: 10 title: Ice Ice USER new tier: 15 title: USER is never lost
Title Collector Collect forum titles! new tier: 200 title: The Honorable USER
Green Thumb Grow plants in the garden. new tier: 15 title: USER is a wild flower new tier: 20 title: USER is in bloom new tier: 25 title: USER's grass is always greener
Yum... not! Feed Black Candy Bars to your pet! new tier: 300 title: USER is black-hearted

I love the titles you picked for the tiers! I support increasing tiers on all of these except the black candy bars and battle quests. I also think 10 is probably the highest I would recommend for ice fields - above that seems a bit much considering the random element.
Black Candy Bars: I'm not sure about the black candy bar one because I know it would skyrocket the price and in my experience the drop rate is super low. Battle Quests: Honestly, I just think 5k is high enough tier for any quest achievement. I know battle quests are a bit different, but I'm still on the fence.
Please also make all of the standard questgiver questing tiers even (Pete/Carl/Quentin/Library/Maleria/Cinthia/Wizard). Why is Pete 3000 and Quentin 2000? Please make them all the same - either all 3k or even up to 5k each.

I would also love to see more tiers for the Restocker achievement. Current highest tier is 25k, but high scores (which I am nowhere near lol) range from 400k to 900k+ :o

admittedly the black candy bar one was written a while back when i was feeling pretty spiteful :p but i still want that title so i just pulled the suggestion down to 300 ^^;
as for the ice fields -- i get that argument, but the timer is really short and i think the odds are better than expected (i've completed it two or three times in the last few months, and i only do it as a daily thing)
and then battle quests -- it seems like a lot, but iirc each battle counts towards the achievement, so that additional 2000 is something like two months of daily battle quests if you can do all 30 levels each day. (basically, i'd like to get rewarded for doing something i'm already doing / have a reason to keep doing it! i'm not above asking for that LOL)
I think ‘user is blackhearted’ would be better for another Blackheart Hollow tier.
Biting achievement please. It's so easy to get the 100.

**To be clear... the TOTAL number of battles is meant for ALL challengers. Not related to BQs.
+1 to adding tiers to the Restocking achievement!
And High Rarity Grabber as well. Honestly, just surfacing that info somewhere (e.g. as a score, like your restocking store) would be awesome even if there weren't more achievements for it.

How about we also have borders as tier rewards? Here's some of my ideas for borders for achievements that could do with more tiers:

Get a Comment: A border that looks like a speech bubble, could be for a tier of 250 or 500
Blue Building Shop Purchase: A border that's either blue or Bumbus-themed (or both), for a tier of 100
Crystal Spender: The current tier for this is only 1, with all these Crystal Shop restocks that keep happening it would be good have more tiers, with a crystal-themed border as a reward for one of them
Subeautique Shopper: A border that's based on fashion for a tier of 100 or 250
Autumn Dragon Helper: The highest tier on this one is 5, it would be nice to have more with an autumn/harvest border as a reward
C-C-C-Combo Breaker!: A border based on the Nuclear colour for a tier of 100 or 250
Mystery Box: A border that has question marks or is based on a box, for a tier of 100 or 250
Recycle an Item: Another achievement with only 1 as the current tier, could give out a border based on the recycling symbol (unless that's trademarked) or a border that has various items to make it look like it's been recycled
Rift Transformer: We don't have a Rift-themed border yet, do we? Could be for a tier of 100 or 250
Burned: A border of fire, for a tier of 250
Charitable: Not sure what kind of border this one could give, but it would be good to have a new tier of 5000
Fantine Pies: I suggested a baking-themed border for if they have tiered achievements for baking at Fantine's Bakery, but this achievement could have one that's more related to pies or pumpkins, for a tier of 1000 or 2500
Lounger/Menagerie Shopper: A border that looks like one of the trinkets, for a tier of 25 or 50
Create a Bouquet: Another flower-themed border, for any tier number since this one is also currently at 1
Infection Expert: People have already asked for more tiers, the border could be based on the Graveyard colour, or look like a mouth with rotting teeth (they don't always have to look pretty)
Yes, I did go through most of the achievements and list the ones I think could do with more tiers that could also potentially reward borders.

A few of these I will be adding more to (Ice Fields + new ones regarding the thing I swear). The issue is I'm usually working with very limited art supplies, so I can't add new items/borders to things all the time. That's where forum titles come in! I'd rather give y'all something then nothing, especially for higher tiers. I'm also looking into doubling up on a few item prizes that are extra consumable so y'all can have more than one haha.
I don't mind waiting longer for borders, although I did suggest in a news post a while back that the Ice Skin could be re-purposed as a reward for one of the Ice Field achievements (I already have it, this is for those who don't). I'm just not really good at thinking of forum titles, I like the ones that are a bit more general rather than related to specific site features or items.

I really just wish we were getting more achievements, period. I feel like we haven't gotten very many in literally years, and it seems (I don't know how these things work so take my commentary with a grain of salt) but it does seem like it'd be an easier ask to fulfill on the site, especially given the many (including OP's) absolutely excellent feedback and ideas for tiers as well as achievement titles. I don't understand the mentality behind ignoring this ask, it would generate more revenue for the site, with renewed interest in collecting and increasing user's willingness to buy items. I'd even love to see more challenger related achievements and titles.
More achievements in general, please!
I do agree with most you have posted about. We have some achievements that end in such a low number (like food, wardrobe and books) when there are thousands of more items on site (now). It would be nice to see more tiers added to them. Would give some inspiration on new items or titles. c:

Hello! This is something I'm working on (as you can see by the fishing earlier today). I want to look at things we have on-site already that I can add achievements to (or increase their tiers) without requiring new art because our creative team is already doing so much with so little time available! Now that fishing has been addressed, I want to turn my eyes to the Job Agency. 👀
The fishing borders are borders we had done a while ago but hadn't released yet, which is a great find. I have a few others like that too. Titles are always fun because they are generally easy to think of and add, but some users have pointed out that [I]just[/i] adding titles to everything doesn't feel very exciting. Especially because they don't appeal to everyone. I'm all up for some ideas to appeal to more people with achievements without relying on new art!
Some of the older holiday-themed achievements, I'll add be adding more tiers to. There are some that have collection-based items as prizes I'll reuse (beanbags, plushies, books) in higher tiers - something I've done in the past with I want to say Charity's free food achievement from Fireside (can't think of other examples on the fly haha).
In one of my posts above, I said that the Ice Skin could be re-purposed as a reward for an achievement if any get added for the Ice Fields, or maybe one of the achievements related to winter or Luminaire.
Well, I also think that maybe all those forum titles from retired achievements or one-time events could also be re-purposed for new achievements or tiers, so people who missed out on them can still have a chance to get them. And the same could go for the quest-a-thon borders. I just like the idea of making prizes from one-time events accessible to anyone who missed them. I think some tiers do have more than one prize at the same time, so any re-purposed titles/skins/borders could be released along with an item so anyone who already has it can still have something new.
As for not using new art, older items from retired achievements or past plots (that aren't in the Antique Shop and/or aren't planned to be) could also be re-purposed for other achievements.
Whatever happens, I just like the idea of new borders or forum titles being ones you can work towards rather than rely purely on luck. It makes it feel more rewarding rather than just being lucky with no control over it (looking at you, Storm border).

Here are some suggestions for existing non-holiday achievements (linked) which can use more tiers plus some new achievement suggestions that can be tiered.
For non-title and non-new art prizes, perhaps items that will not make their way into the Antique Shop at some point but which are retired? Such as old battle loot, retired Millionaire Center items, or one-off event prizes? (Pretty much some random stuff that might get put in the Crystal Shop at some point might be able an achievement prize instead?) I tried to put some example variety below such as retired/unavailable items, stat boosters, and other usable items (plus some title suggestions) but tbh coming up with prizes/titles is not my strength.
