Make sure you do ALL the Carl's quests on Omen Island. You can also VEND at Ocean's Depths, too!

Give it a couple of days at Freyalise. Once the people with the super fast computers and high-speed internet connections get what they want, there will be plenty more restocks for the rest of us. I've found that I have the best luck between 1:00am and 7:00am Subeta time. Until then, Ocean depths vending and Drunk Carl's quests will usually net you a few new items, and a lot of retired ones.
