Update 2:

I tried to enroll as a goddess again, and that solved the other problem which I realize now is from having a standard account. I’m going to assume that it tried to charge a card that had expired, so my question then is was there a notification for that sent out that I missed?

The only remaining problem then is that the paused gold account credit is missing, but I see others have had that happen. It may have been 2 months, or 3? I would have thought that would “kick in” once the card expired if that’s what happened, but that wouldn’t explain getting the subscriber perks for the last couple months. Ok well let’s see how this goes since this card doesn’t expire for several years.
