Hey all! I got the in the Free Shop. It has a high user price but seems kind of useless given the flavour text. Am I missing something? Does it actually have a function?

as far as i know, it doesn't do anything. that was from the epicon 2010 restock war and could be redeemed for points in the event reward store. since that shop and those points no longer exist, the cards have been "voided". items that were in that shop are now in the antique shop, including the cards.

Yeah, according to the news posts from when the Epicon items were added to the Antique Shop, the cards no longer do anything and are just like keepsakes for the event I suppose (or can be for galleries or pet TCs or whatever). But they can no longer be redeemed for anything.
