When I say, seems the same, I mean it hasn't changed from what's posted in SubetaLodge.
Tainted Keeper Skull Staff - Str>def: attack, def, heal and blessing seem the same. Def>str: attack, def, heal and curse seem the same.
Tempestuous Bladed Gauntlet - seems unchanged, hover in armory shows no changes. Curse the same. Didn't see rare high water attack so can't report.
Panzer Hydra Gauntlet - seems the same. I couldn't keep the challenger alive long enough to see the second attack and defense kick in. Sorry.
Oracles Staff of Enlightenment - hover in armory attack: 13-16 dark, 14 earth,13-16 light. Defense, healing and blessing the same. 5 mod slots.
Sandreaver - hover in armory attack: 12-15 fire, 12-15 earth, 15 wind. Curse increased attack and length: 4 fire, 5 earth, 4 ice and 4 wind lasts for 3 turns. Blessing the same but seems to last 5 turns. Back to back activation is always possible with my high speed pet so could be that making them longer. Defense and healing the same. 5 mod slots.
If no one else reports on Lightning, I'll pull it out of my wardrobe to test

The freeze on kwand is from the second attack, the freeze rate is 100% when activated but attack 2 activation is much less than that

The new spork has 4 mod slots. It is actually labeled a healer, so takes the healer slot in set. Blessing last 2 turns and curse one

These curse upgrades are pretty crazy, especially because they're unblockable... it makes the ones with only blessings look kinda underwhelming (WotP vs Sandreaver cough).
I also feel that Kward and Spork should get a 5th mod slot like everything else. Its kinda weird for them to be tier 12 while having the similar or less overall dmg potential as their tier 11 colleagues. Cronus Blade, in particular, also comes to mind...
