I purchased the Delish Onyx Shampoo wig but when I got to put it on my HA, I can't get the colors to look like the one in the image. Am I doing something wrong? Was it supposed to look like that when I first opened it or do I have to try and find the color hex codes to make it match up? D:

Yeah, if you turn it in, you can't get the original colors back without a lot of figuring it out. You can buy another one, not turn it into the HS, and put in the wardrobe as its own item.

It's not your fault! I think it is definitely something that should be addressed somewhere.. but unsure where.

Ugh yeah I have a few hair coupons that I haven't turned in to the salon because I don't want them to look flat :/ I would rather just use the default colors on some of them than try to make it look nice in the salon

If it would help any to preview what the different hairs might look like with their different sections there is a thread here that might help.

Since we didn't really have a way to preview hairs until very recently a few different users tried creating previews until someone gave us a better way to do it. The colors are somewhat random but I chose them because I wanted to be able to clearly see where one section began and another ended. With some hair this just looks really awful. But even with the new ability to preview things in the hair salon I like to use the link in the thread because then I don't have to play around with the new system trying to figure out how difficult a hair would be to work with.
