Hello all! I am wanting to cosplay Grey from the Cursebreakers book series by Brigid Kemmerer. I'm going off of the art included in the second book, but you can see it by searching 'curse so dark and lonely grey' and it's the first image. I tried to paste it here but it didn't work.

I need some plain but nice looking armor. I've searched a bunch of armor-themed keywords and just can't find anything quite right. I am willing to buy custom wearables and I did search there too, but everything was too 'fancy' you know? I just need plain armor that looks alright.

The Fairytale Knight Greaves are perfect, but that set doesn't have a chest plate, and I need one. If you have any ideas for armor or for hair, let me know!

[item2=Oaths Maiden Breastplate] looks like a good fit for the chest plate. For shoes, I like the [item2=Knights Boots] or [item2=Knightess Boots] better than the shoes from the Fairytale Knight set; alternatively, the Steamworks Menagerie has a number of boots that would work, especially layered under the greaves. I'm not sure about the hair. The reference image gives him a pretty prominent widow's peak, but I can't think of any good hairs for that besides [item2=Black Widows Peak] and its recolors, which are too Dracula-y for this guy.
