why don't all my pets display on my profile when i move the widget to the right instead of the left?

not only do they not display fully, but they display the incorrect pets i.e. all of the ones showing are showing as the wrong names.
a temporary fix is to move the widget back to the left hand side then to the right, and they show correctly for about 5 minutes, and then go back to only displaying 2 rows of 5 with all the incorrect names.

Hey . Are you seeing a reduced number of pets with the current location? Not sure if this is resolved, or we are seeing different things. I currently see it on the right side, with a 5x5 layout.
hi! at the moment it is also showing me 5x5 rows, and all 22 pets are displaying correctly, but earlier today it was showing them as described before (this is without me editing my profile whatsoever for several days lol)!
i have no idea what's going on but it seems to show right/show wrong at different times of the day with 0 interference from me, i've left it on the right side to keep an eye on it, i can almost guarantee when i wake up it'll be showing half of them again!
