I was wondering if the top 100 prize from the quest-a-thon was awarded without an anouncement, or if it just hasnt been awarded yet.

It hasn't been awarded yet. Due to the issue with how scores were tracked, staff is still trying to figure out how to award the border (relevant post here)

Was wondering the same. I did all the quests everyday to get that border :)
