hi! now that i'm ready to make a pet hydrus, Merana is nowhere to be found. i thought she was every Monday or a specific Monday each month for 12 hours? ...but yeah 3 weeks later i'm def remembering incorrectly. what's her schedule haha, truly random? :_:

Seems like her chances of showing up are random however there is a group that you can join for pings

Her appearance is random. However the monday thing you may be remembering is an increased chance of rainy overlays for the lands of subeta, increasing the appearance of Tempest's random event.
