i received [user not found] from the pound a few days ago, but i'm unable to leash her.

yeah, i've had this happen to me previously with Cassidy, and had to make a thread. they fixed it, but now i'm having the issue again.

That's a band-aid solution to a permanent problem :(
My gold account is expiring tonight and I really wished I could have leashed the pet I wanted, but I can't.

Hey all, sorry for the delay on this! I know a lot of "small" issues like this have had to wait a long time. I've just recently got back.
First, I just deployed a fix intended to prevent this problem moving forward. Basically, I think the root issue is that pet leash data isn't getting cleared properly. And since the old data exists, it won't let you make new leash data. So now, I've made it clear that data when you accept a pet transfer or adopt from the Adopt-R-Us, which should prevent this from happening.
This fix is not retroactive unfortunately, so if you still have pets you can't leash, we have to fix it manually. Please let me know which pets you still can't leash and I'll take care of this for you. And, it's not required, but if you're okay with getting me the pet's ID that would help me fix it faster :) Thank you!
