I recently finally managed to get to level 100 in Item Hunt, which is great, but... Now I can't play it any more... I was using it to get sP, I could get a decent amount of sP out of it a day, so I was wondering if it's possible to reset it? Like, go back to level 1 and retry?

As far as I'm aware, there is no way to reset Item Hunt at this time, but I'd definitely support a suggestion asking for such an option!

I saw an old post a while back claim that the Gilded Item Tome in the MC can "reset" you by sending you backwards to level 50, but I've never made it far enough to test it firsthand and it's pricey, so it's not the easiest to get confirmation on, my apologies.

I can also confirm I just tested the book myself, and it didn't work. 50mil for science!

Item Hunt Changes Announcement (2015) I'm still a bit disappointment with this change, as I had recently beaten Item Hunt but hadn't reset him. xD

No way at all then? Man that sucks.... I liked it for the sP and the items you'd get. Guess I'll make a suggestion then.

the gilded item tome used to let you jump to level 50 even if you'd already completed every level, allowing you to then restart from there or quit and start over from level 1 again. however, this was changed a while ago and is no longer possible, since the item was apparently never intended to be used this way, and you were never meant to be able to replay item hunt after completing it.
