So apparently I've been losing my banked Gold Account time for the past few months, even though I've had an active "Goddess plan" subscription the entire time. Oddly, it doesn't appear to be removed by each day, but instead removes one month when I'm billed for my monthly subscription plan? Weird right? & also the exact opposite problem of (Gold account time left increasing during active subscription).
For background: The other day, I noticed that my dashboard claimed that I had 10 months of paused Gold Account, which sounded wrong. Didn't bother to check into it until earlier today (Aug-12), when my sub renewed, & there is something wrong with the way that data is being handled, as the dashboard is now telling me that I only have "Time left (roughly) 9 months, 5 days (Paused)" banked. I've had a "Goddess plan" subscription for as long as they have been available (pretty sure I subbed day 1 :d) & had also purchased a full year worth of GA at the beginning of July '20 for ~5400csc, ">right before the monthly subscriptions were released (whoops). Let me be clear that I'm only mentioning this because it's relevant to how many unused GA months I had, not as some sort of "MoNEy" powerplay. ha. Granted, I should have followed the linked topic more closely & probably should have filed a ticket way back then to get those months refunded as CSC (think that's how it was to be dealt with?), but it hasn't been high on my list of priorities.
As I can only presume that I'm not the only user who this might be affecting & it honestly wasn't obvious it was happening, I thought that I would make a topic as other people may need to be checking their GA time left. haha.

Unfortunately I don't recall the exact amount of gold account time I had left before I subscribed. But I have also had my suspicions that something was wrong with the amount, I thought I had more leftover from a loyalty box. Is this something staff can check?
I would recommend filing a ticket to have a UA look into it. They might not be able to fix it for you, but they should be able to check the logs and make sure it gets visibility/noted for when a programmer can fix it.

Were you able to get this resolved? I just realized that the paused gold account time that I had is also gone. It wasn’t as much as you, maybe 2 or 3 months, but it’s not showing up on the dashboard at all anymore.
