I mainly want the food and wearable. i couldn't find a list of items, but I do know that I need these items for now...

For newer items (they're in the thread above but scattered all over the place), SubetaLodge is probably best. You can also change the "item type" to get just food, or just clothing at the previous link.
Did you want two copies of the clinging mushrooms - one to eat and one for wardrobe?
