As far as I know holiday shops like The Menagerie, Zombie Den and Esther's don't have a cool down, so I don't really understand why The Brewery has THIRTY seconds cool down.

Please remove it or reduce it to something more manageable like 5 secs. Us newer users really need to buy a lot of things, and the wait between purchases is painful. 😅

Support! Also could the sustainables/vegan/local fresh pages let me ctrl+click or right click+open in new tab or something? It is harder to keep track of everything when the page has to reload every single time.

i just tested ctrl+clicking in those shops and had no problems doing so. right clicking does not work though.

Are you talking about the Brewery shops? Because I just tried it in the Geschenkboutique and it did not open in a different page.

What browser are you using?

Huh. I'm using Firefox. Maybe it's a browser thing, although ctrl + clicking usually works with other shops like this.

Even though the error says 30 seconds, it’s not actually that long. I haven’t timed it, but I was waiting the same few beats that I do for main shop purchases, so I suspect it’s only 5 seconds.

yeah this is a firefox thing. I use the extension TabSubmit Basic to ctrl click to a new tab.

Yeah, that bugs me too. So I'm sitting on ctrl + 1 + click and that keeps me on the shop page (providing the shop is on the first tab).

I agree that the cooldown should be removed.

The reasons stated for the impositions of cooldowns in the shops that they are still in in the first place were never very good IMO.

The actual cooldown is not thirty seconds, no matter what the text says. Text error like this is not unusual in Subeta, users should test things for themselves. I think for these shops in the OP it is already at what the OP has Suggested.

Late to see these replies but I can confirm that on Firefox the ctrl+click doesn't work! I just tested it in the brewery and the other group of shops. In addition, the back button on the actual buy page brings me back to the main, blank page of the shop instead of the place I was at previously, so that's not super helpful either.

I'm glad the wait isn't 30 seconds, I guess I can try to buy every 5 seconds or so and see if it lets me get away with that.
