Every time I try to edit it, the "EDIT POST" button does nothing. I can type my changes but then it just sits there for hours like this:
It's just that post I can't edit, everything else is fine. No idea what's wrong -_- It won't even let me remove text from it.
Are you still unable to edit posts by chance?

Is it just that thread? Or can you also not edit the OP here too?
Try saving all the text somewhere else, like Notepad, and clearing it out from the post (I think you'll have to add filler text since it can't be blank). Does it let you edit it then?
Wondering if there's something in the original post it doesn't like. I'm also pretty sure there's a limit to the number of characters in a post, and maybe it's exceeded it?
I was wondering that too but it won't even let me edit if I remove text. No idea what's wrong. :(
[edit] The original post will save the edit from time to time if I spam the button by hitting it like 15 times.
This is happening because the forum post is so large. Unfortunately, we have experienced some unexpected problems with long forum posts lagging when you go to edit them. This is a known issue but unfortunately not easy to solve, since the problem is that too much data is being transmitted, and it's lags too long.
I know it's a workaround, not a solution, but you could try to split it into multiple forum posts elsewhere, like inside a forum group, for now. Sorry for the inconvenience D:
