At the risk of sounding like a salty loser; did I miss the announcement when they lowered the odds of advancing or something?

It seems like when the glacier pets were first released, winning the polar ice fields was pretty easy, I remember winning it personally at least 3 times that first year. It seems like almost everybody has the winners' trophy. The crypts on the other hand has always been difficult; I've only won that one time. But I've been doing the polar ice fields for the last month and some change multiple times per day and have lost on the first or second turn every time. It feels like on par with winning the potion lottery at this point. I've actually had better luck with Crypts.

Thoughts?

I used to win regularly, I haven't won in a very, very long time. I rarely get past the first 2 steps.

That said, I can't really say for sure if its gotten harder or not because Subeta's RNG is really, really funky.

But no, I don't think you're imagining things either.
