hi! i've been on hiatus for a while, i was just wondering if there were new caveats for being able to do merana quests?? i have the omen islands unlocked and everything?

In order to do one of Merana's quests now, you have to wait until she shows up on the Explore map. When she appears is basically random, as far as I know.

I thought she was only on the Omen Islands?

she was released a few years or so ago during like a mini plot or some such, I think subetalodge has it in their archives
