Saheric Crescent Scythe is in Wardrobe but doesn't Exist

So I'm making a HA and see this really cool item
by Saturnine It's a Saheric Crescent Scythe, but when I went to look it up...it doesn't exist. Not "There are none in shops", but the item simply can't be found. It's not in the directory either.
To make sure it isn't me making typos, Click the HA, hit 'buy' and It doesn't show up .
When I click 'Hide CWs' or 'Only CWs', it doesn't show up under either, so it doesn't seem to have been categorized.
It's a real shame, because it's cool. Does it exist under a different name?
Future plot prize perhaps?
It is r300, which is why it does not show in the item directory and the shop search. Kinda like the Spartan Teddy. It shows in the wardrobe because it does exist, but you cannot search it in the directory and shop search cause it is not sellable.

Huh, I had no idea there were items we couldn't see some items in the directory. What purpose did it have onsite?
I wonder if it's clothing for an NPC? They have their own HAs that can be dressed up. Absolutely no clue who that could belong to, though.
