I have two suggestions for the Job Agency, on account that it will be expanded soon. I was hoping someone else liked these ideas, or helped me expand them.
1- Being able to hide our pet's Job Agency historial. I find it very immersion-breaking that people can just click my pet's job and see what it did before. Could there be a way to prevent people from loading a pet's job history?
2- 'Side Jobs'! Basically, an 'aesthetic only' option and the job that will show on your pet's profile (provided you have the stats to accept it). Your main job will be the that dictates how much sP you can claim per day, but your side job will be an aesthetic choice. That way, you can give your pet any job you desire, while still getting the payment and benefits from better-paying jobs such as SAI!
You can already hide your job, and your pet's stats, with a little bit of code. I currently have this on all my pets' profiles:
<style type=text/css>
{ display: none; } </style>
Someone who's more code savvy can hopefully narrow it down if you only want to hide the job, but not anything else in that column.
As for the second option, that may not even be necessary. "Reorganizing job payouts across the board" is one of the things being discussed in the revamp. I'd wait and see how that turns out.
Oh but what if I still want to show what their job is, but not have nosy people click around or writing my pet ID number into the story page? I know it might be a very niche thing, but it would be a small little QoL to have.
And you are right on payment reorganization. We have no idea how they will work so option 2 might not even be needed. Maybe I jumped the gun a bit too fast on that one lol ♥
Fully support point 1.
For point 2, however, I disagree. Right now most of my pets have the highest sP maker their stats support. Two of my pets are taking lower payout jobs than they could for "color" - because it supports their "story." I think its fair to collect less sP if I want my pet to have a specific job. If I'm role playing my pet to the extent that I choose their job based on character then I don't think it would be right to have my pet be an "eco warrior" to show its character, then be a "logger" to earn sP - that's hypocritical. So, either I take in less sP and give them their dream job, or I write into their story that they are taking classes and/or training to get their dream job, but taking a higher paying job to be able to pay for training, etc. Or I take their job completely out of the equation, remove it from the profile and not have it as a part of their character at all.

Might not use it personally but the first point sounds nice feature, could have a nice little checkbox on pet description that removes the link for job history. Maybe could have it remove the links from food and books read too? There probably be someone that find them all disabled to be handy.
I have come up with a work around that should work well, code is below:
<style>
a {
pointer-events: none;
touch-action: none;
}
</style>
I'd like the option to say that a pet is self employed in the job section. If I want to go into details I can add it to a pet profile.
I'm not sure I understand your second suggestion but I like 's related idea. A self impolyed option would be cool for some pet stories.
As for the first option as long as it is optional I would be ok with it.
Last month I sent in a ticket asking this - "Only three of my pets have jobs which suit their biographies. I've removed the Job section from my other pets' profiles and want to know if it's OK to describe them having jobs which don't exist on site. "
This is the reply I got (two quotes because there was a conversation with an admin about it."
Some of my pets have genuine jobs for the sP but the jobs don't fit their stories. I've just removed the job from column three and given them fake jobs in the pet descriptions.
