I go to go to the CW directory and it tries loading then just goes white. Wardrobe is working but the directory just stops and I have tried refreshing many times and it just keeps trying and going blank. :/

Same issue. The rest of the wardrobe and CW stuff loads but the directory? It loads for a few seconds then goes to a blank page.

Same for me. And I'm using the latest version of Chrome on a fully updated Windows 10, in case that's helpful information for staff!
Same here. The CW shops and wardrobe are working fine but the directory goes to a fully blank page within a second or two of loading. I am using the latest version of Chrome for WIndows :D
If I manage to type in a specific item before the page goes white, I do get results for that search. Otherwise, the directory tries to load and goes to a white page.
I've alerted to the issue; I'm not sure what's going on! It was working yesterday afternoon for sure. Please hold tight, everyone :)

i'm nosy so i did some peeking once someone said only page two is acting up -- Flirty Finch Baby Pink Top is has the item number 232673 The Midnight Blue Statue of Anubis has the item number 232671
any chance there's something that was approved between the two (232672) that's causing the problems?

it could be. I recently had to deal with a glitched item that kept breaking new.subeta.net for me. And it would make sense since now page 1 is loading and page 2 is not. I'm off the clock right now but once I'm back at my computer I'll try to figure that out!
[edit] FWIW I have no idea how to not... like, accept glitched items :( They show up fine in the queue, so there's no way to weed them out until they're accepted and break stuff. It's very frustrating.
[edit] ANOTHER EDIT. I'm gonna reach out to you because it does seem to be your item that's all glitched up! I don't know why. IT IS A MISTERY.

THIS IS FIXED! and I were able to troubleshoot together. I've replaced the item and overlays, and now that the cache has caught up, everything seems to be working again! You may need to hard refresh, but it should be functioning. Please let me know if you're still having issues!
it's unfortunate that there's no way to identify the problem items before they get accepted, but hopefully this one is as quick to fix as it was to figure out ;0; (& shoutout to and for helping figure out that it was an invisible item + ' item so fast, haha)
Yeah, this one was a different type of glitch than the previous I think? I don't know if I just hit a random lag pocket when I accepted it or what. But yes, thanks to everyone that helped figure out what the issue was, haha!
Sorry guys for my broken item LOL XD It was the last recolor I had of the flirty finch top so apparently it wanted to make waves LOL! I've never had an item glitch and I have quite a few items so I guess it was totally my turn to break CW's so my apologies for anyone wanting to look things up and shop. Meep! Glad Jessi and I were able to get it working <3
