This only applies to transferred pets - pets gotten via the Adoption Center are showing up in the leash list fine.

No idea, I no longer have a GA so no longer have access to the feature in question.
Hey , my apologies that we weren't able to get to this for so long. This should be fixed now with this update which has some more information. It sounds like you were looking forward to this GA perk, so I asked if we can give you some GA time as compensation, and we've added 2 weeks GA time to your account.
This fix isn't retroactive, so any pets with this glitch still need to be manually fixed. I checked on the two pets in your OP, and they should be good to go. If you still have problems with leashing them or other pets, just let me know.
