I play subeta on a windows 10 HP omen laptop, google chrome

so I've had this issue on and off where I'll go into my wardrobe and it only loads a partial number of the total items I own. I know I have at least a couple hundred pages of items, but right now it's only loading 70 pages of them, and I've tried clearing my cache and refreshing multiple times. I know about the bug where if you navigate from one list to another not from the first page of a layer it can make the wardrobe load funky but I haven't been doing that. this has happened to me before but it resolved itself the last time after some refreshing so I just let it be.

the last time it happened though I went into my drawers and all of my owned items were there... this time it's only loading the 70 pages of items it thinks I own when I own way more... it's freaking me out, I hope I didn't lose all those items or something I've worked really hard to get those ):

I don't think it's loading all of the skins either, it loads 6 pages of skins and I'm pretty sure there are more than that? I think maybe what's happening is that it's just not loading all the total items on subeta, some are just missing. but I dunno

EDIT: tried loading wardrobe in firefox and still having the same issue
