Shops that aren't on maps: Where do you think they are?

So I've noticed that there are some restocking shops that are shown on the Subeta land maps, but others that aren't. I'm not sure of the exact reason, I thought it was because when they made those maps those shops already existed and the newer shops aren't included because they were introduced after, but there are a few older shops that aren't on any maps either, like both of the weapon shops. So I thought I'd make a thread asking about where you think those shops could be, or where you imagine them to be. This isn't asking for shops to be put on the maps or for locations to be confirmed (although that would be nice), this is just sort of a headcanon sharing thread.
Shops that are on maps
Darkside: Apocalyptic Apothecary, The Sable Smithy.
Atebus: Atebus Shop, Migrating Masks.
Veta: The Bake Stop, Music Shop.
Delphi: The Beach Shack, Carnival Stand.
Shadowglen: Half Baked, The Lost Skeleton, Philosopher's Store.
Arctic Frost: Icy Goods (I think Avalanche Emporium used to be a restocking shop but now it isn't).
Omen Islands: Rathskeller Inn, not sure if Freyalise Trading Co. counts because that's actually accessed from Delphi, but I think it can be accessed from the Omen Islands too? I don't know.
Centropolis: There aren't any restocking shops here unless you count the Subeautique, when Paw Naturel was introduced it was mentioned to be in Centropolis but it isn't on the map (it could end up on the Lower West Side map when that finally gets done...I've given up hope of an update on the Tea House situation since it's been 4 years now).
Saherimos: Spells Galore, Cavern Of Curios, and Bean Me Up isn't on any of the maps but since Shanti is said to be from Saherimos I'll assume that the shop is there somewhere.
So here's where I like to think the other shops are:

Accessory Bin: I'm not really sure on this one, maybe somewhere in Centropolis.
All That Glitters: Either Centropolis or Veta for some reason.
Bits and Bytes: I would say Centropolis but isn't the Shopkeeper from Veta? Or is that not confirmed?
Book Nook: I'd like to think this is in Veta or Riverside.
Candy Shack: Again, I'm not sure about where the shopkeeper's from, but I don't really want Veta to have too many shops. Maybe if it was palced on the map, it could be where the Balloon shop used to be (again this isn't asking for it just imagining).
Clothing Rack: This could be somewhere in Centropolis, maybe on the Lower West Side.
Defend And Conquer: I feel like this would be in Saherimos, near the Battle Collisuem.
Food Market: This could be in Riverside, Veta, or Centropolis.
Get Mugged: This would probably be in Centropolis, but it could be in Riverside as well. And there are probably other Get Muggeds around Subeta.
Grooming Parlour: This seems like it would be in Centropolis, but it could also be in Riverside based on the shopkeeper being friends with Pete.
Home Appliances: Probably Centropolis again. I mean, it is a city area.
Minions Market: Probably Veta or Riverside.
Plushie Parlour: I'm not sure if it was mentioned where the shopkeeper for here is from. Maybe this could be somewhere in Delphi.
Quick Bites: There is probably more than one Quick Bites in Subeta. There's this background from a monthly collection that has one in a city area so I would say Centropolis, but that could just be a different one to the one Anne works at, and she most likely lives in Veta.
Seedlings: Wait, this isn't on any maps? Well, I think it would be in Veta. I really thought it was on the map there for some reason.
Sole Train: Probably another Centropolis shop.
Stick It To The Man: This could be in Centropolis, but the shopkeeper seems to live in Veta. I guess it depends on if she moved out from her family's home, and also how far away the two places are.
Thimble And Co.: Most likely in Arctic Frost, since it's run by Vanya's daughter.
Toy Box: No idea. Maybe also Arctic Frost?
Trading Card Centre: Another one for Riverside, Veta, or Centropolis. It's really hard to fit these shops into other places.
Weapons Warehouse: I'm going to say Riverside for this, since that's where the Training Centre is, so it's still battle-related.
Anyway, where do you think these places could be? Maybe there are some shops you think could be in Shengui Guo?
