On the first page of my wardrobe, the Blue Blossoming Reclaimed Wood (hereafter BBRW) is in line with the rest of the Reclaimed Woods, but it's also at the front of the page. And when I move to another page, it's also at the front of that page. And if I move back to the first page, and then to another, an additional BBRW is added to the front of the non-first pages. I really love the item, but clicking around trying to figure out an outfit has led to it multiplying quite a bit!

Same item multiplying on many pages you accidentally added it twice (probably because of the lag); remove the item from the wardrobe and add it back
