When ever I attempt to open my friends list to accept some new friend request I get this page. You're not the only one having this issue. Several people have mentioned the problem with the dashboard page and someone else said they had the friend page issue. See this Timeouts, Error Codes (5xx), Lag | Report Your Issues Here!.
