TL;DR version: A prince from the royal family of Liechtenstein came to Romania on a hunting trip {insert a sarcastic voice and comment: because we live in the 16th century or something >>} and killed the largest bear, despite this being a banned practice over here. Officials here are corrupt, and because of his blood, he was able to get special treatment, thus allowed to hunt. >< It also appears that the minister for Environment hates animals.... the irony!
