I know a good one that has grown from a community local to me. You don't have to be local to join though.

It's a really nice community with all sorts of people. The people behind it run a gaming cafe, and have been doing Twitch streams since the first UK lockdown last year. We all have a good laugh.

However, there are some under 18s, and it is kept pretty family friendly. It may not be right for you if you really prefer an adult only server. But if you want to check it out I can drop the invite link.
