when i uploaded the custom image which i brought from Mallory and waited for it to get accepted i saw an incomplete page is this a glitch or a bug or what?

Hm, since you've paid CSC and it doesn't appear that you have an image pending approval, I would recommend filing a ticket to ask a user administrator about the status of the overlay! This is the ticket center
