Rave border headshot not displaying in forum post?

Hey gang, newbie here....
I unlocked the Rave border yesterday, and one of my wonderful friends told me how to make it active, but it's not displaying on my forum posts. Anyone else encountering this problem?
EDIT: I just unlocked the Steamworks border, and it's not displaying either.
When I say "The Other Day", I could be referring to anytime between yesterday and 15 years ago.

the borders shows just on headshots, not on full HA. Headshots can be seen in news comments, dashboard, friends section on user profile... but not forums.
